These terms cover the Dana Goldman for Mayor text message program, run by the Dana Goldman Campaign, and your use of this website, danagoldman.us.

Text message terms

  • Program: Dana Goldman for Mayor campaign text messages, sent by the Dana Goldman Campaign.
  • What you’ll get: recurring political text messages from Dana Goldman for Mayor, including campaign updates, event invitations, volunteer opportunities, voting reminders and requests for contributions.
  • How you join: by checking the text message box on a sign-up form on this site, such as the one on our Stay Informed page, and entering your mobile number. Consent to texts is not required to sign up for email, volunteer or contribute.
  • Message frequency varies. Expect more messages close to Election Day.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
  • To stop: reply STOP to any message. You can also reply STOPALL, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE or OPT OUT. We’ll send one message confirming you’re unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you sign up again.
  • For help: reply HELP to any message, or email info@danagoldmanformayor.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your number: you confirm you’re the account holder for the mobile number you give us, or that you have the account holder’s permission. Tell us if you change or give up that number.
  • Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Using this website

We work to keep this site accurate and current. Election dates, rules and locations are set by Miami-Dade Elections and the State of Florida, so confirm the details with Miami-Dade Elections before you vote.

Links to other sites, such as Miami-Dade Elections, Anedot and news outlets, are there for your convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them.

Contributions

Online contributions are processed by Anedot under its terms. Florida law limits contributions to $1,000 per person per election, and the campaign reports contributions publicly. Contributions are not tax deductible.
